Vessel Details - Sea Pearl

About the Sea Pearl
The traditional Dutch top-sail schooner Sea Pearl, after more than a half-century spent fishing the North Sea, and after an extensive refit to add modern navigation, communications and safety equipment, not to mention new, comfortable and fully air conditioned accommodations, joined her sister, Sea Shell, in 1999, to begin a new career as a passenger sailing vessel, voyaging in the incomparably beautiful Seychelles Islands.
,br>With an attentive but unobtrusive crew of eight (Captain, engineer, two stewardesses, two deckhands, dive instructor, and a dedicated chef), Sea Pearl provides a service-oriented approach to voyaging in the Seychelles. Cabin accommodations include six double-bed cabins (with an upper berth available), and two cabins with three single berths. All cabins have sinks with hot & cold running water; commodes (4) and showers (3, plus one on deck ) are shared.

Sea Pearl offers guests a variety of water sports activities, from snorkeling & SCUBA, to water skiing, windsurfing and fishing. These voyages allow travelers to discover the different perspectives and harder to reach islands and islets of the archipelago. Sheltered coves, good moorings, and easy sailing distances, with islands in close proximity to one another, allow guests to maximize their Seychelles vacations, leaving more time for diving and snorkeling in pristine turquoise waters or exploring the exotic culture and flavor of the Seychelles, as well as the unusual flora and fauna.
