Join Captain Noah and his crew for a glorious 6-day voyage around Penobscot Bay and Maine's coastal islands, aboard the oldest documented sailing vessel in continuous service in the U.S. Each morning we wake you with the smell of coffee and hot muffins, and the sounds of seagulls and lobsterboats. Then we enjoy a day of sailing, and best of all, you get to participate if you want, with a turn at the helm, or hauling on halyards with your shipmates to raise our sails. You can help by hand-cranking the ice cream maker for your evening's dessert, too. During the day you can take a snooze out on deck, snuggle up with a good book, shoot photos of spruce-fringed islands, lighthouses, and perhaps some seals. Each afternoon we drop anchor in a secluded cove or cozy harbor, and you'll have the opportunity to explore ashore, until it's time for a great home-cooked dinner, and afterwards, entertainment in the form of music and story-telling. You'll enjoy the stars, away from the light-pollution of any cities, and then off to your cozy cabin for a restful night's sleep. Do you think you can handle 6 days of this? Is there any doubt in your mind?
